I spent the past 25 years working at tech, sales and marketing companies. I am currently the Global Head of Manager Development at Airbnb. Before that I spent 16 years at Google working on managing transitions and group dynamics. I have been an internal coach to VPs, Directors, and Managers at Google and YouTube. My external coaching clients include consulting firms, consumer goods companies, academic institutions, and tech, marketing, and sales organizations.

I am a certified ICF coach and Hudson Institute graduate, accredited in MBTI, Insights Discovery, Change Style Indicator, PROSCI and Trusted Advisor. I have additional expertise in building psychological safety, improving group dynamics, and working with complexity theory.

My style combines a balance of the head and heart. Sometimes a you need to lean more into the thinking side, sometimes the feeling side. I challenge my clients to see both. I coach using “compassionate honesty,” meaning I am empathetic but honest.
